Five management positions at AAB

AAB has promoted five team members to key leadership roles, elevating three to partner level and two to director level.

The promotions coincide with a broader initiative in which 150 team members have been promoted across the company’s 12 offices.

Lynn Grace She has been appointed as a Private Client Partner in AAB’s Aberdeen office. Leading the international Private Client Tax team, Ms Gracie provides specialist tax advice to internationally mobile individuals, including non-residents and non-UK residents, providing comprehensive tax solutions in jurisdictions around the world.



Gregor Anguswho joined AAB in March 2023, has been promoted to Business Development Partner for the North of Scotland. This appointment represents AAB’s commitment to continue to drive growth in the North of Scotland region across all service lines.

Meanwhile, at the AAB office in Leeds, Helena Daniels takes on the role of audit partner. Specializes in owner-managed businesses and the financial services sector.

Also based at AAB’s Aberdeen office, Andrea Begg was promoted to the position of director of business consulting. In her new role, Ms Begg will continue to provide the highest standards of service and advice to family-owned and owner-managed businesses across a range of sectors. He is also a member of AAB’s tax investigation team.

Taking up the position of director of business consulting in the AAB office in Glasgow, Gillian Rushton joined AAB in March 2016. Ms Rushton provides tax advisory services to a wide range of clients across all industries and is a member of both AAB’s Technology Sector team and Tax Investigations team.
