Industry insiders, analysts, and other sources discuss the potential developments and predictions for Apple’s upcoming AI-centric product. This is not the first time that Sharma has shared his views on Apple products and devices. In June this year, Sharma praised Apple for bringing the Calculator app to the iPad as part of iPadOS 18. “When you create a calculator, make it like no other. Take a bow, Apple,” Sharma wrote in an X post at the time.

Meanwhile, a report from MacRumours recently suggested that Apple AirPods will be significantly improved with camera integration. The primary function of these infrared cameras is to work with the Apple Vision Pro headset, improving spatial processing and audio experience. The report also adds that the IR cameras in AirPods will be similar to the Face ID receiver in the iPhone. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicts that Apple could begin mass production of AirPods with built-in infrared (IR) cameras by 2026.
