Anthropics Technology, a company specializing in tailored fashion solutions, announced that its artificial intelligence-powered virtual brand Zyler won the prestigious Retail Systems award at its annual event in London. Zyler won in the “Best Use of Augmented or Virtual Reality” category and was also a finalist in several other categories, including “Customer Experience Innovation of the Year,” “E-Commerce Solution of the Year” and “Most Disruptive Retail Technology.” ‘

The award recognized Zyler for its transformative impact on the fashion industry and highlighted its ability to improve customers’ online shopping experiences.

Zyler’s virtual fitting technology, launching in fall 2022, aims to help businesses succeed in the digital marketplace by allowing customers to see how clothes will look on them before making a purchase.

Last summer, John Lewis adopted the system for its fashion rental offering, rolling it out across 750 listings. In October, John Lewis reported that more than 30% of sales on its Fashion Rental site were attributed to the Zyler visualisation tool.

In March, Anthropics expanded Zyler into menswear, and a month later retailer Moss began testing the system, initially for its formalwear offering.
