Net Neutrality Lawsuits Against FCC to Remain in Sixth Circuit

The Sixth Circuit said it will continue to hear a group of lawsuits challenging the Federal Communications Commission’s new net neutrality rules, rejecting the agency’s attempt to move the cases to Washington

The dispute “does not present one of those extraordinary circumstances requiring transfer,” a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said in an order issued Friday.
