NEW DELHI: Fast moving consumer goods stocks ended higher on Monday.

Top gainers included Umang Dairies Ltd. (up 8.00%), Patanjali Foods Ltd. (up 6.79%), Emami Ltd. (up 4.62%), Jyothy Labs Ltd. (up 4.55%), Zydus Wellness Ltd. (up 4.49%), Euro India Fresh Foods Ltd. (up 3.71%), Dodla Dairy Ltd. (up 3.40%), Vadilal Industries Ltd. (up 3.28%), Hatsun Agro Products Ltd. (up 2.59%) and Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd. (up 2.51%).

Future Consumer Ltd. (down 5.89%), Prataap Snacks Ltd. (down 1.91%), Hindustan Foods Ltd. (down 1.43%), Varun Beverages Ltd. (down 1.33% ), JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd. (down 1.00%), Sheetal Cool Products Ltd. (down 0.93%), Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd. (down 0.37%), Heritage Foods Ltd. (down 0.33%), Tata Consumer Products Ltd. (down 0.27%) and Nakoda Group Of Industries Ltd. (down 0.14%) were among the top losers of the day.

The NSE Nifty50 index ended the day up 131.36 points at 24,141.95, while the 30-share BSE Sensex index ended up 443.46 points at 79,476.19.

Tech Mahindra Ltd. (up 2.92%), Wipro Ltd. (up 2.43%), Bajaj Finance Ltd. (up 2.27%), Grasim Industries Ltd. (up 2.1%) , UltraTech Cement Ltd. (up 2.03%), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (up 1.9%), Infosys Ltd. (up 1.54%), JSW Steel Ltd. (up 1.34 %), Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (up 1.3%) and HDFC Bank Ltd. (up 1.28%) are the top performers in the Nifty pack. Meanwhile, NTPC Ltd. (down 2.28%), State Bank of India (down 0.83%), Eicher Motors Ltd. (down 0.81%), Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. (down 0.76%), Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. (down 0.74%), Larsen & Toubro Ltd. (down 0.62%), Hindalco Industries Ltd. (down 0 .54%), IndusInd Bank Ltd. (down 0.52%), Bajaj Finserv Ltd. (down 0.51%) and Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.
