Rationale: Expansion into the corporate space

Phil Doye, CEO: “One place we haven’t been successful, although we’ve had significant wins, is the corporate space. That’s where Total has really come into its own, where it has about 2,000 mid-market and enterprise customers.

“For us, this means that we are gaining significant momentum in the corporate market. We were growing in our own space, in the public sector and particularly in defence, local and central government and the NHS, but we were struggling to really ignite growth with corporate clients.”
