Nigerian students celebrate as Afrilearn launches world’s first learn-and-earn app

Afrilearn, Nigeria’s favorite education app, has excited the educational landscape with the launch of its revolutionary learning and earning app. This innovative tool has sparked widespread joy among Nigerian students, making learning not only accessible but also extremely engaging and rewarding.

In a country where the quality of education is a constant challenge, Afrilearn differentiates itself by aligning with the national curriculum to offer the most comprehensive set of learning resources. These include curriculum-based class notes, animated video lessons, instant homework help, game-based exam exercises and personalized study dashboards. This multi-faceted approach enables primary and secondary school students to learn at their own pace, anytime and anywhere.

Damiete Dateme, a secondary school student in Lagos, expressed her enthusiasm: “Afrilearn’s features helped me get straight A’s in my exams. It provides the most detailed class notes for every subject from JSS1 to SS3 and its AI assistant is extremely helpful. The app includes past questions and timed tests for WAEC, NECO, UTME, BECE candidates. It’s an amazing tool and I highly recommend it.”

Afrilearn understands that every child learns differently. Some students thrive on visual learning, others on reading, practicing or social collaboration. The Afrilearn design takes into account these different learning styles, allowing each student to choose the method that suits them best.

Isaac Oladipupo, Co-Founder and CEO of Afrilearn, noted, “There is greatness in every child if they are given the right learning style. Afrilearn is our commitment to help Nigerian children compete in the global arena and prepare for lifelong success.”

Afrilearn goes beyond academia to turn learning into an exciting adventure. Its gamification approach encourages students to compete with peers, earn points, and even money, all while improving their academic performance.

Gabriel Olatunji-Legend, co-founder and head of content at Afrilearn, said: “Learning should be a joyful journey. By integrating gamification, we inspire students to achieve greater success and develop a lifelong love of learning.”

Emmanuel Aneri, CTO at Afrilearn, added: “With AI, we tailor learning to each student. This ensures that every child receives a tailored learning experience that maximizes their potential and keeps them engaged.”

Afrilearn also works with the government and schools to provide primary and secondary school students with an additional, world-class education.

Afrilearn’s contribution to education has garnered international accolades, including the Digital Innovation of the Year award from the US Chambers and recognition as Top Education Innovation in Africa by the African Union. Supported by UNICEF for its innovative approach, Afrilearn covers a wide range of subjects from science to art, transforming the educational experience of thousands of students across the country.
