TVS Mobility Group, an SI Air Springs Company, Announces Acquisition of Roberto Nuti Group

SI Air Springs, a subsidiary of the $3 billion TVS Mobility Group, has acquired Italian company Roberto Nuti Group, which manufactures and sells suspension systems primarily for the aftermarket heavy-duty market. The deal was not disclosed.

SI Air Springs is engaged in air spring solutions for the automotive and rail sectors. The transaction was completed on June 28. The agreement includes 100% acquisition of Roberto Nuti Group by TVS Mobility indirectly through its wholly owned Indian subsidiary, namely SI Air Springs Pvt Ltd, and appropriate investment for a full relaunch of the company, according to a statement.

The transaction is expected to create significant synergies for both companies TVS Mobility Group and Roberto Nuti Group.

“This acquisition marks a significant step in our global expansion strategy, enabling us to combine our unique capabilities in air springs with the Nuti Group’s established expertise in suspension systems,” said P Srinivasavaradhan, Director, SI Air Springs.
