Brennan buys South Australian MSP Nuago, ‘more acquisitions planned in near future’ – Strategy – Services

Brennan acquired South Australian MSP and CRN Fast50 alumnus Nuago and “has further acquisitions planned in the near future.”

Nuago was founded in Adelaide in 2016 by former Datacom employees, and by 2018 Nuago was a CRN Fast50 company after growing revenue by 109.2% year-on-year to $7.81 million. The company has won multiple Lenovo awards.

According to the acquisition announcement, Nuago has clients of “all sizes and across every sector.”

Brennan said the acquisition, its fourth in three years, “expands the company’s national reach, strengthens its delivery capabilities and cements its position as a leading technology support specialist in Australia”.

“This acquisition provides our clients with access to an even broader and richer pool of skills and talent,” said Dave Stevens, founder and CEO of Brennan.

“For Brennan, our expanded national footprint opens up an exciting chapter of opportunity. And for the broader market, our ongoing investment in Australian-owned and operated technology specialists underlines our intentions and ambitions for continued growth.”

Brendon O’Rourke, Managing Director of Nuago, said: “Nuago’s position in the South Australian market complements Brennan’s nationwide footprint and the result of this acquisition creates benefits and opportunities across the board, with customers benefiting from an even broader range of solutions and capabilities designed to support their organisations and solve their business challenges.”
