VINCI completes acquisition of MBO Groupe

• MBO Groupe is a leading French player in the industrial services market in general, particularly active in the nuclear sector

• The company’s 500 employees generated revenue of EUR 85 million in 2023

• With the acquisition, Nuvia expands its scope of competences

Nuvia, the VINCI Construction subsidiary specializing in projects and services for the nuclear sector, has completed the acquisition of MBO Groupe, a leading player in the thermal insulation, scaffolding and sheltering market in France.

The company operates in numerous industrial sectors, including the nuclear sector, where it provides maintenance services and works on large, complex new construction projects.

MBO Groupe’s 500 employees in around 15 bases generated revenue of around €85 million in 2023.

With this acquisition, Nuvia expands its industrial services offering, particularly in the nuclear sector.
