Realme GT 7 Pro to feature 1.5K display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC processor and 6000 mAh battery

Realme VP Chase Xu recently revealed plans to launch the Realme GT 7 Pro in India by the end of this year. Since then, we have seen several leaks about this GT-series smartphone online. Recently, a Chinese tipster shared details about the Realme GT 7 Pro’s display, processor, and battery. It is expected to feature a 1.5K display and could be powered by the next-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. The phone will feature improvements over the Realme GT 5 Pro.

According to the tipster, the upcoming phone will feature a 1.5K display with slightly curved edges. It is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC. The phone could feature a square camera module at the top left corner, housing a triple camera system. The camera setup could include a 50-megapixel multifocal lens and a Sony IMX882 periscopic telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The phone may not support a telephoto macro lens.

The Realme GT 7 Pro is said to have a battery of around 6000mAh. The informant claims that Realme will pack a battery of no less than 5800mAh in the phone. It may support 100W fast charging. Realme Vice President Chase Xu had earlier announced plans to launch the Realme GT 7 Pro in India in May. It is expected to become official by the end of this year.

The Realme GT 7 Pro will debut as a successor to the Realme GT 5 Pro that launched in China last year and was priced at CNY 3,298 (approximately Rs. 40,000) for the base variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
