NEW DELHI: FMCG stocks were trading lower at 11:20 am on Tuesday

Top gainers included Jyothy Labs Ltd. (up 2.22%), Zydus Wellness Ltd. (up 2.15%), Adani Wilmar Ltd. (up 2.06%), JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd. (up 1.99%), Bikaji Foods International Ltd. (up 1.00%), Heritage Foods Ltd. (up 0.97%), Hatsun Agro Products Ltd. (up 0.81%), Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd. (up 0.65%), LT Foods Ltd. (up 0.54%) and Prataap Snacks Ltd. (up 0.40%).

Top losers included Euro India Fresh Foods Ltd. (down 7.23%), Marico Ltd. (down 2.02%), Dodla Dairy Ltd. (down 1.83%), Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd. (down 1.82%), Varun Beverages Ltd. (down 1.21%), Procter & Gamble Hygiene & Healthcare Ltd. (down 1.19%), Dangee Dums Ltd. (down 1.14%), Vadilal Industries Ltd. (down 1.12%), Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. (down 0.98%) and Patanjali Foods Ltd. (down 0.98%).

The NSE Nifty50 index was up 27.55 points at 24,169.5, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 150.2 points at 79,626.39 around 11:20 am.

Wipro Ltd. (up 2.05%), Coal India Ltd. (up 1.98%), Infosys Ltd. (up 1.82%), Hindalco Industries Ltd. (up 1.74%), Larsen & Toubro Ltd. (up 1.39%), LTIMindtree Ltd. (up 1.38%), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (up 1.14%), Grasim Industries Ltd. (up 1.09%), HDFC Bank Ltd. (up 1.07%) and Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (up 1.05%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack. On the other hand, Shriram Finance Ltd. (down 1.92%), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (down 1.69%), ICICI Bank Ltd. (down 1.44%), Bajaj Finance Ltd. (down 1.4%), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. (down 1.3%), Tata Motors Ltd. (down 1.13%), SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. (down 0.99%), IndusInd Bank Ltd. (down 0.94%), Axis Bank Ltd. (down 0.69%) and State Bank of India (down 0.66%) were trading in the red.
