-WakeCap ​​acquired Crews by Core to create a comprehensive suite of hardware and software tools aimed at improving site safety, efficiency and profitability of large construction projects worldwide.

As part of the acquisition, WakeCap ​​will establish a research and development headquarters in Silicon Valley, strengthening its position as a leading construction technology company and leveraging Crews by Core’s expertise and experience building impactful businesses in Silicon Valley.

Saudi IoT construction project management platform WakeCap ​​has acquired AI-powered project execution platform Crews by Core.

The goal of this acquisition is to develop a comprehensive set of hardware and software tools that will enhance workplace safety, efficiency and profitability.

The combined technologies of both companies are already used on large construction sites and in megaprojects in the US, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Japan.

As part of the acquisition, WakeCap ​​will establish a research and development headquarters in Silicon Valley, strengthening its position as a global leader in building technologies.
