nShift Go Native launched to enable e-commerce platforms and B2C online marketplaces to offer retailers a wider choice of delivery services

LONDON, July 2, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — nShift goes native enables e-commerce platforms and B2C online marketplaces to easily offer multi-carrier shipping to their retailers through a single API.

The new product enables software providers, including e-commerce platforms and B2C online marketplaces, to offer retailers access to a library of over 1,000 carriers. It is the latest product announcement from nShift, a global leader in Delivery and Experience Management (DMXM) solutions.

nShift Go Native is built to be API first, cloud native and completely headless, enabling multi-carrier shipping for all retailers. Features include self-service carrier activation, flexible and on-time deliveries, lockers, PUDO (pick up/drop off) locations, international deliveries and tracking notifications.

Offering a range of delivery options at checkout increases conversions by up to 20% and builds customer loyalty and repeat purchases. Proper delivery options and order tracking are more important to new and returning e-commerce customers than loyalty programs, perks, and payment options. According to an nShift/Retail Week study, 72% of shoppers expect a choice of delivery options, while only 49% expect flexible payment options.

nShift Go Native is built to be built natively on e-commerce platforms and B2C online marketplaces. All features are available via APIs that enhance the fully native user experience.
