May 21, 2024: Alternative Power Partners, a renewable energy project provider that is focused on cutting-edge technologies to drive the transition to clean energy solutions for community, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar and battery projects, has been acquired by Renewable Construction Services for an undisclosed sum. Renewable Construction Services will use the acquisition to enhance its ability to provide comprehensive services to customers and independent power producers. Read more here.

June 20, 2024: MPOWERD, a micro-scale solar energy manufacturer dedicated to bringing clean, accessible light to those still living off grid, has been acquired by BioLite for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition will help BioLite grow its impact as it leverages the extensive network of humanitarian and nonprofit partners that MPOWERED has built over the past decade. Read more here.
