Ansira Acquires BrandMuscle and SproutLoud

The simultaneous acquisition of both companies strengthens its position in the industry and creates best-in-class technology and talent in affiliate marketing.

SAINT LOUIS, July 2, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Ansira Partners, Inc. (“Ansira”), an independent global marketing technology and solutions company with proprietary channel, website and advertising technology platforms, today announced the acquisition of BrandMuscle and SproutLoud, two leading affiliate marketing companies that, like Ansira, work with clients across distributed ecosystems. The acquisitions combine best-in-class talent and platform technology into one entity.

The acquisitions are effective immediately and the terms will not be disclosed.
