Lamacchia Hires M&A Expert as New VP of Business Development – RISMedia

Massachusetts-based Lamacchia Realty announced that Massoud Atallah, a seasoned industry veteran and mergers and acquisitions expert, has joined the firm. Senior Vice President of Business Development.

The June 17 announcement stated that in his new role as a member of the company’s leadership team: Atalla will be the most senior member of the department and one of three senior vice presidents at the company. His focus will be on recruiting, retaining, and growing the company in both New England and Florida.

Atalla spent 23 years at a competing real estate firm in various positions, including 12 years as a sales manager for multiple locations in Massachusetts, the release noted. In 2019, Atalla relocated to Atlanta to manage Coldwell Banker Realty’s operations, overseeing 12 sales managers, marketing, education, facilities and sales activities of 1,400 associates.

Last year he was responsible for overseeing the company’s domestic and international franchise, the release said, adding, Atalla is known as a talented and trustworthy professional who has excellent relationships with many real estate agents not only in Massachusetts but throughout the southeastern region of the United States.
