Employment in India’s pharmaceutical, IT and FMCG sectors rose in June

Major sectors such as pharmaceuticals/biotech (6%), AI-ML (20%) and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) (12%) showed positive growth in recruitment activity in June, according to a new report released on Monday. According to the Naukri JobSpeak Index, pharma/biotech employment showed resilience, with significant growth in cities like Hyderabad (18%), Baroda (27%) and Mumbai (14%).
