Piramal Realty appoints Abhijeet Maheshwari as CEO, ET BrandEquity

Piramal Realty, the real estate arm of the Piramal Group, announced the appointment of Abhijeet Maheshwari as Chief Executive Officer.

Maheshwari, who has a career spanning over 18 years, joins Piramal Realty from Tata Realty Infrastructure Limited (TRIL), where he played a key role in the growth and success of the company.

A distinguished graduate of the TAS Leadership program (2006 batch), Maheshwari brings a wealth of experience in various aspects of the real estate industry. His expertise spans the entire real estate spectrum including business development, fundraising, approvals, design, sales, leasing, implementation and delivery across residential, retail and commercial sectors.

In his previous role as Business Head – Western Region at TRIL, Abhijeet demonstrated exemplary leadership while overseeing the P&L of the Western Region where he was responsible for a wide range of residential, commercial and retail projects across the region.

Maheshwari holds a BE Honours in Electronics from the National Institute of Technology, Jaipur and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies – Delhi. His appointment underscores Piramal Realty’s commitment to delivering world-class real estate investments that enrich lives and foster community living, the company said in a press release.
