Rabideau, who also serves as chairman of the marketing and education committee and an advisory board member at PromoStandards, an industry technology development group, will lead the Florida-based company’s initiatives focused on building technical competencies for online stores and e-commerce and modernizing infrastructure, said Raj Mukherjee, Hit’s chief information officer.

Rabideau brings decades of promotional products experience to the company, particularly in leading IT teams and managing “the creation of complex e-commerce products,” Mukherjee said.

“Her experience as a supplier, distributor and software vendor provides a strategic perspective that will help Hit deliver technology solutions to our customers,” said Jon Norris, director of vendor strategy.

In her previous role, Rabideau was senior vice president of strategy and innovation at Facilisgroup, a software distribution and delivery company, where she worked for three years.

She also served as Director of Purchasing for Summit Group (asi/339116), a top 40 distributor, and Sales Manager for Kencraft, and held other promotional management positions including Regional Vice President of Sales for Starline (asi/89320), a top 40 supplier.

“I look forward to the leadership Amy will bring to the team and am excited about Hit’s future in technology with her,” Mukherjee said.

Based on reported 2022 North American promotional products revenue of $610.9 million, Hit Promotional Products ranked No. 6 on Counselor’s latest list of the largest suppliers in the industry. New rankings are expected this summer.
