Builders FirstSource makes two acquisitions

• Western Trusses and Components

Founded in 1986, Western Truss & Components has established itself as a trusted provider of roof and floor trusses to custom home builders in Flagstaff and throughout northern Arizona.
The new location and local leadership team solidify our market leadership position in Flagstaff and enhance our opportunities for continued growth in the Sedona, Prescott Valley and Show Low markets.

• CRi Southern California

Founded in 1986, CRi SoCal is a single dealer and installer of premium windows and doors in Orange County, California. This acquisition complements our Dixieline/Builders FirstSource operations, including our recently opened lumber yard and window and door showroom in Dana Point, California, and provides us with expanded installation and customer service capabilities throughout Southern California.

In the company’s first-quarter earnings report FirstSource Builders reported that in the first quarter of 2024, product value added across the company was 52%, driven by organic growth and a disciplined approach to mergers and acquisitions.
