E-commerce company expands portfolio with more than 160,000 square feet of logistics space

Global e-commerce company Furnolic Co. has signed a 10-year lease for more than 160,000 sq ft with Prologis UK, securing a second building at Prologis Park Ryton in Warwickshire.

The new DC4 facility expands Furnolic’s presence in the UK by 15,480m² of logistics space and ensures the park is fully let.

The recently refurbished DC4 building boasts an EPC A rating, fully electric offices on site and electric vehicle charging points in the car park.

Furnolic, which operates under the names Songmics, Vasagle and Feandrea, is one of the largest retailers on Amazon, specializing in housewares, furniture and pet furniture.

The company has a global reach with operations in the United States (Ameziel), Germany (Euziel), Japan (Zieljp), France, Spain, Italy, Canada and Mexico.
