ClassOne Delivers Wafer Processing System to Analog Devices

The four-cell ClassOne Solstice system delivers improved performance from ADI’s analog/mixed-signal and digital signal processing (DSP) integrated circuits.

“As we work closely with our customers to drive innovation, our manufacturing processes and equipment must continue to lead the way in what is possible,” said Daniel Burlingame, ADI’s managing director of manufacturing operations and general manager of the Beaverton plant, in a press release. “Furthermore, our commitment to modernizing our manufacturing facilities requires the rapid integration of leading-edge technology from reliable OEMs. That’s exactly why we selected ClassOne’s Solstice system for our electroplating requirements.”

Built on Solstice’s high-throughput ClassOne platform, the four-cell Solstice S4 is equipped with the ClassOne GoldPro reactor, specifically designed to optimize Solstice’s gold plating technology.

ClassOne Technology CEO Byron Exarcos stated, “As one of the industry’s leading processor manufacturers, ADI brings to market products that are essential to the automotive and other high-performance industries. We look forward to working with ADI to help optimize development and time-to-market for their devices.”
