Changes in the management board on July 3, 2024

Today’s board changes include Thomas Scott-Morey, Sam Pierce, Kevin Dundo, Winnie Lai Hadad, Nicky Martin, Michelle Kennedy, Kelly Moore, Blair Way, John Drapack and Cathryn Moffett.

Patriot Battery Metals (ASX:PMT)

Chief Operating Officer Blair Way has retired but will remain with Patriot as a non-executive director. Additionally, John Drapack has been announced as Director of Studies and Cathryn Moffett has been assigned as Director of Environment.

Challenger Gold (ASX:CEL)

Challenger Gold has announced two new members of its executive team. Michelle Kennedy and Kelly Moore have been appointed joint company secretaries. Ms. Moore has also been appointed interim chief financial officer. The two appointments follow the resignation of Scott Funston as company secretary and chief financial officer.

Brightstar Resources Limited (ASX:BTR)

Brightstar has announced the appointment of Nicky Martin as Chief Executive Officer. Ms Martin joins the company after seven years with Pilbara Minerals as head of finance. Brightstar Managing Director Alex Rovira said Ms Martin’s previous experience was impressive and he expected her to be a significant asset to the company’s leadership team.

Avenira Limited (ASX:AEC)

Two non-executive directors of Avenira Limited, Kevin Dundo and Winnie Lai Hadad, have resigned from the board. Avenira Executive Chairman Brett Clark thanked Mr Dundo and Ms Lai Hadad for their contribution to the company.

Renewable energy sources Collgat

Long-time CEO Thomas Scott-Morey has stepped down from Collgar Renewables after a decade in the role. Sam Pearce has taken over, starting his term at the start of the financial year. Mr Scott-Morey will support Collgar Renewables and assist with the transition to the new CEO role.
