COPEL Announces Board Changes and Focus on Cybersecurity

Energy Paranaense Company Pfd (ELP) released an update.

Companhia Paranaense de Energia has made significant changes to its management, creating new positions in line with strategic planning and market practices, and has elected Fernando Antonio Gruppelli Junior as its new Executive Director for Regulation and Market for the 2024/2026 term. In addition, the company has established a Cybersecurity and Information Security Committee to strengthen cybersecurity governance, appointing Jacildo Lara Martins as coordinator.
