White & Case advises Ramudden Global on acquisition of RSG International

Global law firm White & Case LLP advised Ramudden Global, a portfolio company of Triton Fund IV, on its acquisition of RSG International, a leading North American provider of infrastructure security services.

RSG International is a group of companies headquartered near Toronto, Canada, that provides all areas of infrastructure security services, including installation, product development, distribution and traffic management.

With over 4,500 employees operating across the UK, Germany, Benelux, Nordics and Canada, Ramudden Global is a leading specialist provider of infrastructure safety services to the road, construction and wider industries. The business was launched by Triton in 2023 following the merger of portfolio companies Ramudden and AVS in 2020.

Founded in 1997 and owned by its partners, Triton is a leading European investor specializing in the mid-market sector. Triton focuses on investing in companies that provide mission-critical goods and services across three core sectors of business services, industrial technology and healthcare.
