Jewelers Mutual Mobile App Wins Gold Award at IMCA Ignite 2024

(PRESS RELEASE) NEENAH, WI – Jewelers Mutual Group, a provider of insurance and business solutions dedicated to the jewelry industry since 1913, announced that its innovative mobile app, LUX Digital Vault, has received a Gold Award from the Insurance Marketing & Communications Association (IMCA). The mobile app transforms the jewelry purchasing experience by embedding insurance into the process, digitizing customer interactions and modernizing the insurance bonding process. The awards were presented at IMCA’s annual conference, Ignite 2024, June 24-26 in Orlando, Florida.

Customers can quickly apply for insurance while maintaining access to their collection and preferred jewelers through the app. The app, aimed at both jewelers and customers, increases engagement, convenience and trust. Jewelers can stay connected with customers and invite them back to the store through the app, which is free for both jewelers and customers, adding value beyond the sale.
