HVS Executive Search announces the promotion of Alice Sherman to Executive Vice President & Managing Director. Alice’s 13+ years of experience in the hospitality industry include operations, recruiting, training and public relations, with the last 8 years specializing in executive search. She serves as a strategic partner to her clients, advising them on human capital solutions to achieve their business goals.

In her new role, Alice will leverage her experience in business development, client relations, team development, and training while maintaining leadership in C-level searches in the hospitality, restaurant, hotel real estate, and travel/leisure industries. She is committed to ensuring high standards through continuous improvement of systems and processes. Additionally, Alice serves as the Board Chair for the Jewish National Fund’s Young Professionals Division and is a graduate of the University of Miami.
