Target Group appoints Sales Director

Target Group has announced the appointment of Tom Trevorrow as chief commercial officer.

A lawyer by training, Trevorrow has nearly two decades of experience in the financial services and professional services sectors, including leading high-profile businesses through turnarounds, transformations and acquisitions.

In his most recent role, Trevorrow was Managing Director of Optima Legal, a Capita Group law firm specialising in the wholesale conveyancing of mortgages for many of the UK’s largest banks and building societies. Tom led the business through its restructuring and subsequent sale from Capita plc to PEXA in December 2022.

Previously, he held a number of senior positions at Capita and its group companies, including Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Legal and Legal Advisor.

In his new role, Trevorrow will work closely with Target’s customer teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure customer needs are met. He will also work with the leadership team to ensure the right processes and governance are in place to ensure Target remains agile, while leveraging the expertise of the Tech Mahindra group to support both customers and internal processes.

Peter O’Connor, CEO of Target Group, said: “With Tom’s clear expertise and proven track record, there is no doubt that he will be a real asset to our client teams and to Target as we grow. In particular, Tom has played a key role in business transformation and understands the critical role that BPO can play in helping businesses realise their potential. This is a really good fit with Target’s skills and strategy and I look forward to working closely with him.”
