Shareholders of four marijuana companies held their annual general meetings where they elected candidates for board members.

Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. XLY CBWTF announced on Tuesday that each of the directors listed as candidates in the circular has been elected to the position of director of the company, including:

  • Genevieve Young;
  • Hugo Alves;
  • Troy Grant;
  • Vikram Bawa; and
  • Conrad Tate.

iAnthus Capital Holdings, Inc.‘S I don’t ITHUF shareholders approved the election of Scott Cohen, Michelle Mathews-Spradlin, Kenneth W. Gilbert, Alexander Shoghi and Richard Proud as directors of the company.

Shareholders of a cannabinoid pharmaceutical company MediPharm Labs Corp. LABORATORIES MEDIF MLZ elected the following experts as members of the board:

  • Michal Bumby;
  • Chris Halyk;
  • David Pidduck;
  • Shelley Potts; and
  • Chris Taves (born 1962)

Vertically Integrated Cannabis Company Glass Home Brands Inc.Shareholders . (CBOE CA: GLAS.AU) (CBOE CA: GLAS.WT.U) Glass GHBWF elected all seven candidates to the board, including:

  • Kyle Kazan;
  • Graham Farrar;
  • John Nichols Jr.
  • Modest Lukanga;
  • Jocelyn Rosenwald;
  • George Raveling; and
  • Elena Kaczko.

Meanwhile, Sandy Leewho worked at a cannabis edibles company Wana Brands for more than two years as CFO, he joined the advisory board at Viridian Capital Advisors. Before joining Wan, Li was head of FP&A and treasury at Parallel, a multi-state cannabis operator.

Other changes among industry leaders

California Cannabis Company Lowell Farms Inc. SHORT LOWSKILF announced on Friday that the CFO Jamie Schniedwind has decided to resign.
