US authorities clear Mylan of allegations in long-running antitrust investigation | Generics | The Pharmaletter

Viatris (Nasdaq: VTRS) announced that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division has concluded its investigation into Mylan and its former CEO Rajiv Malik.

The Justice Department is no longer considering them in its investigation into the generic drug industry.

The Justice Department’s Civil Division also informed Viatris that it did not expect further action on its request to initiate a civil investigation into the pricing and sale of generic drugs.
