Dutch company Ciphix continues to grow with acquisition of Bizzomate

With the acquisition of Bizzomate, Ciphix attracts experts in low-code solutions to support companies more broadly in the area of hyperautomation.

This is inspired by Ciphix’s previously established strategy to become a major European player in hyper-automation. Hyper-automation involves the use of RPA, AI, process mining, Platform as a Service integration and low-code to solve business problems. In May 2023, Mentha Capital entered Ciphix to help achieve growth. This was followed by the acquisition of low-code player Webflight and now the acquisition of Bizzomate.

To combine

Bizzomate was founded in Meerssen, but currently has offices in Valkenburg, Dordrecht, Amsterdam and the German city of Aachen. The company specializes in the low-code platform Mendix, of which it is a platinum partner. Bizzomate employs over 75 certified employees. They support companies in implementing low-code applications and have previously completed projects at Maastricht University, the Mental Care Group and MediReva.

Ciphix believes this approach aligns perfectly with its goals. Ciphix is primarily committed to helping organizations leverage human potential through business process automation, which is done through an integrated approach to the aforementioned hyperautomation components. The acquisition creates a company with over 170 employees.

In addition to the opportunity to better serve organizations, the companies see a good fit in their corporate culture. Both have a collaborative spirit and believe in paying attention to people. For Ciphix, the acquisition also means introducing new best practices in the area of social impact, which Bizzomate has been working on for years.

It is unknown how much Ciphix is paying for Bizzomate.
