During FY24 as compared to corresponding FY2023, the company reported total revenue of Rs 500.52 crore as against Rs 264.35 crore, representing an increase of 89.33 per cent, EBITDA was Rs 29.65 crore as against Rs 12.57 crore, representing an increase of 135.93 per cent.

Cellecor Gadgets has announced a strategic partnership to integrate Samsung Tizen OS into its Smart TV category. Samsung Tizen OS, known for its robustness and versatility, is a Linux-based operating system developed in partnership with Intel, offering a rich ecosystem of features and functionalities.

The company said in a regulatory filing: “Samsung Tizen OS transforms our Smart TVs into more than just viewing devices. With over 600 free entertainment apps accessible directly from your TV, features like screen mirroring, voice assistant capabilities, and SmartThings integration greatly enhance the user experience. Users can effortlessly share files and media from connected devices, create a cinematic atmosphere with compatible sound systems, and harness the power of voice commands with the intuitive One Remote.”
