Oliver’s Travels adds Homes & Provence to growing portfolio

UK/France: Oliver’s Travels, a luxury villa holiday rental specialist, has completed the acquisition of regional property management company Homes & Provence, adding 23 exclusive villas in Provence to its portfolio.

This means that Oliver’s Travels currently manages around 1,250 properties in France. The company already has an existing presence in Europe, the United States, the Caribbean, Central America, Africa and Asia.

The purchase of Homes & Provence is set to herald more major deals in 2024, as the operator said it was “actively pursuing” more international strategic acquisitions and that it expected to complete two more “significant transactions” by the end of the year.

Last month, Oliver’s Travels also announced the purchase of 27 new villas in Lapland (in northern Finland), continuing the company’s ambitious growth plan.
