Andalusia’s portfolio includes 157 MWp of solar projects currently under construction, with completion scheduled for the end of 2024. Aragon’s portfolio, with 160 MWp, includes projects ready for construction and fully authorized, with both an Environmental Impact Statement (DIA) and an Administrative Authorization for Construction (AAC). These projects are expected to start commercial operations in the second half of 2025.

Dario Bertagna, Co-Head of Clean Energy at Capital Dynamics, noted: “Spain remains a key market for our investment strategy and we look forward to investing significant capital in the region. Spain’s strong PPA market allows us to mitigate risk and improve asset returns. With increasing government support and expected rate stabilisation across Europe, the coming year is key to creating value for our investors and contributing to a more sustainable future.”

Capital Dynamics, present in the Spanish market since 2013, currently owns and operates almost 2 GW of subsidy-free assets.
