Britannia Industries: Urjit Patel appointed to Britannia Board | Mumbai News

Mumbai: Britannia Industries has appointed former RBI Governor Urjit Patel to the company’s board. The decision was taken during the board meeting held on July 2, 2024. The board approved the appointment of Patel and Sunil Siddharth Lalbhai, Chairman, Atul, as additional independent non-executive directors. The appointments are effective from July 2, 2024 and will be for a period of five years. tnn
