Belle Releases EP About Big Dreams and Destiny Ahead of Sold-Out ‘BELIEVE’ Concert

Actress and singer Belle Mariano returns with a new EP, BELIEVE, a collection of inspiring songs about accepting your fate, overcoming pain, and pursuing big dreams. It also serves as an exciting lead-in to her sold-out concert of the same name in July.

The mini-album features five songs, including “Biglaan”, “Pakisagot”, “Little World Changer”, “I, Save, Me” and “Apelyido”, all produced by StarPop label boss Roque “Rox” Santos.

Belle is set to perform these songs in “BELIEVE: The Belle Mariano Birthday Concert” on July 13 (Saturday), 8:00 PM at The Theater at Solaire, produced by ABS-CBN Events and StarPop. Fans can also watch the live broadcast via the iWantTFC mobile app and website or via iWantTFC tickets for only P599.

Belle’s special guests will include Donny Pangilinan, Moira dela Torre, Denise Julia and Martin Nievera.

The Kapamilya star couldn’t help but marvel that she had put on such a big concert at this point in her life. “I can’t imagine it. It was too great for me,” Belle said in disbelief.

“I sang in music videos with my lolo and I feel like I’m not only fulfilling my dream, but also his,” she added.

However, preparing for the musical event made her more confident in her abilities as an artist. She said, “The concert process made me believe in myself. It means growing who I am in the industry.”

In his latest musical offering he also presents a more mature sound and way of telling stories.

“Biglaan,” which speaks of fate finding a way to bring more than expected, is the lead track on the “BELIEVE” EP. Another inspiring track, “Little World Changer,” is a dreamy song about a young person’s grand aspirations.

“Pakisagot” is about a girl crying while praying and demanding answers as to why terrible things happen to good people, “I, Save, Me” is about dealing with heartache and false hope, and “Apelyido” is about that special moment when you finally find the right person.

As a musical artist, Belle said she would like to be remembered when music fans hear her songs.

“I want the listeners, the audience, to believe in themselves,” she said.

The EP “BELIEVE” is a sequel to New Gen Phenomenal Actress’ previously released albums “Daylight” and “Somber and Solemn.” Her hits include “Sigurado,” “Kahit Na, Kahit Pa,” “Tanging Dahilan,” and “Bugambilya.”

This year, she received Billboard Philippines’ Listener’s Choice Award for Women in Music, as well as Spotify’s Lullaby Artist Awardee.
