Management changes at Salford-based listed company K3

Retail meetings

There have been changes in the management team of K3 Business Technology Group plc.

The Salford-based provider of software to clothing and fashion brands said its executive chairman Tom Crawford would step down from his current role and become a non-executive director following the publication of the company’s financial results in mid-July.

Appointed non-executive chairman in 2020, Crawford became executive chairman late last year after taking a step back in light of the health of a close family member.

Chief Financial Officer Eric Dodd, who joined the board in April 2023, will assume the role of CEO.

Dodd previously served as Chief Financial Officer at ATTRAQT Group plc, a specialist in omni-channel search, commerce and personalized product discovery technology for online retailers and brands, which he joined in 2017.

He also served as Finance Director of Iptor Supply Chain Systems UK Limited, a private equity-backed software and services company, and KBC Advanced Technology plc, a provider of software and consulting services to the hydrocarbon industry.
