Charles Taylor Announces Acquisition of M3 Aviation Services

Charles Taylor, a provider of international regulatory services and technology solutions to the global insurance market, announced the acquisition of M3 Aviation Services, effective June 27, 2024.

Renowned for its experience in handling aviation claims across a range of aircraft types, categories and market sectors, Charles Taylor serves a wide range of clients, including major aviation insurers, brokers and airlines.

The company leverages a strong network of partners to offer aviation claims services on a global scale.

John Leonard, regional director, will continue to oversee Charles Taylor’s aircraft regulatory operations in Mexico, Chile and Brazil.

Pedro Mesa, currently managing director of M3 Aviation Services, will become regional director of Charles Taylor’s aviation claims adjustments team in North America.

Mesa said, “I am excited that M3 Aviation Services will be part of a leading global provider of aviation regulatory services such as Charles Taylor. I look forward to our teams working together to expertly serve the vibrant and strategic U.S. and Latin American markets.”

Rudy Viamonte will assume the role of Chief Surveyor and Director. Mesa and Viamonte will work closely with Leonard and his team to support their existing clients in the Americas.
