Latham advises Astorg on acquisition of stake in Acturis

Latham & Watkins advised Astorg on the acquisition of a further stake in Acturis. Following the transaction, Astorg will now hold approximately 52% of the capital of Acturis.

Alongside the management team and associates of Acturis, the co-founders of Acturis will remain significant shareholders with a significant minority stake and will continue to work closely with Astorg to support existing customers and drive the company’s international growth.

The Latham team was led by Paris-based corporate partner Thomas Forschbach and London-based corporate partner Neil Campbell, and associates included Edward Coates, Hugo Cliff, Cyrus Fung and Vladislav Vasiliev.
