Chinese smartphone brand Lenovo Motorola launched the Razr 50 Ultra in India on July 4. Unveiled last month, the flip-style foldable smartphone boasts a full-size display with support for Google Assistant Gemini, which allows for easy access without having to unfold the phone. Other notable upgrades include a dual-camera system with a 2x telephoto lens paired with a primary wide-angle sensor and an IPX8 water-resistance rating.

The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra is available in India in a 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage configuration for Rs 99,999. The foldable flip phone comes bundled with the Moto Buds Plus earphones.

As for the introductory offers, customers can avail a time-limited discount of Rs 5,000 and also an instant cashback of Rs 5,000 from select banks. There is also the option of a no-cost monthly installment (EMI) plan for up to 18 months.

Motorola is offering a three-month subscription to Google’s One AI premium plan with the Razr 50 Ultra smartphone at no extra cost. The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra offers AI features powered by Google Gemini. These include Magic Eraser, which allows users to remove unwanted objects from an image; Photo Unblur for sharpening an image; and Portrait Light for improving lighting and backgrounds for better portrait shots. The smartphone also gets support for Gemini Assistant on the case’s display, allowing users to invoke the AI-powered assistant without having to open the phone.

In addition to these Gemini AI features, the Razr 50 Ultra offers the company’s own Moto AI features. This includes generative AI tools like AI Magic Canvas, which lets users generate images using text suggestions; and Style Sync, which lets users generate custom wallpapers. Motorola has also incorporated Moto AI features into the Razr 50 Ultra’s camera system. Some of these features include AI Action Shot, which optimizes photos for capturing motion, AI Adaptive Stabilization, which uses AI to recognize movement while filming and adjusts the stabilization accordingly. Additionally, the AI ​​Photo Enhancement Engine improves the dynamic range of photos, giving you more detailed images.
