AMIG promotes workshop on sports betting and online gaming regulation in Brazil

The workshop “Regulation of Online Betting and Gaming in Brazil”, organized by AMIG, will bring together experts to discuss the latest topics and the comprehensive vision that the speakers have for this segment. The event will be divided into three main panels:

The event will be attended by industry experts who will share their experiences and knowledge:

Simone Vincentini (keynote speaker): Lawyer, specialist in constitutional and administrative law, with over 20 years of experience in public administration. Former general coordinator of lotteries and former deputy secretary for prizes and betting at the Ministry of Finance.

Daniela Olímpio de Oliveira (keynote speaker): Undersecretary for Authorization of the Secretariat of Awards and Establishments of the Ministry of Finance. Master of Laws and Master of Philosophy. Doctorate in Law and Sociology from the Universidade Federal Fluminense. Postdoctoral degree in Economic History from the University of São Paulo.

Anna Barbara (industry speaker): Lawyer and consultant specializing in regulatory and contract law. He is currently the Brazil Regulatory Affairs Director for Ocean 88 Group. He is also a consultant for the National Association of Games and Lotteries (ANJL) and a founding member of AMIG.

Ana Barros (moderator): Ana Clara Barros is a lawyer with extensive experience in the legal market, working in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and gambling. She graduated in law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and obtained an LLM in Financial and Capital Markets Law from Instituto Insper de Ensino e Pesquisa. She worked for 6 years in the lottery brokerage market. She is currently the legal director at Aigaming and head of the legal department in Brazil, participating in the legalization and regulation of gambling in that country.
