Fintel eyes ‘selective’ future growth after Threesixty acquisition

The company acquired Threesixty from Abrdn in a £14.6m deal last week (June 28). The purchase sees Threesixty join the likes of SimplyBiz, Defaqto, VouchedFor, Competent Adviser, AKG, MICAP, Owen James, ifaDASH and Synaptic. The compliance services provider supports more than 900 financial advisers and wealth management firms.
