PLC controller 4iG (“4iG“) hereby informs its shareholders and capital market participants that by decision of the Management Board of 4iG taken today, i.e. on July 4, 2024, with effect from today, Tamas TaboriManaging Director of DIGI Távközlési és Szolgáltató Kft. (registered office:

1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39.; company registration number: 01-09-667975; tax identification number: 12175136-2-44; hereinafter referred to as “DIGI”) and Deputy CEO of Vodafone Hungary Zrt. (registered office: 1112 Budapest, Boldizsár utca 2.; company registration number: 01-10-044159; tax identification number: 11895927-2-44; hereinafter referred to as “Vodafone”) has been appointed Deputy General Director for Telecommunications Strategy of the 4iG GroupAs Deputy CEO, Tamás Tábori will be responsible in particular for developing, implementing and reviewing the Group’s telecommunications strategy and professionally supervising the activities of the international telecommunications subsidiaries. In his new role, Tamás Tábori will also be a permanent member of the cabinet supporting the work of the Group’s Chairman.

The 4iG Board of Directors also decided that Albert KisDeputy General Director for Wholesale ICT Services Invitech Kft. (registered office: Krisztina körút 39, 1013 Budapest; company registration number: 01 09 414291; tax identification number: 25836965-2-44)will be appointed Group Wholesale and Infrastructure Director at 4iG. In his new position, Albert Kis will oversee international business projects and pioneering ventures in the infrastructure sector, under the direct supervision of the CEO of 4iG Group, and will be responsible for identifying new international business opportunities in the area of ​​infrastructure development and wholesale partnerships.

Mohamed Sherif El Sayad, who currently holds the position of Commercial Strategy Director of the Telecommunications Group, will continue his career in the 4iG Group – under the direct management of the Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors – as Director of Business Development and Innovation in the Group. In his new position, Mohamed Sherif ElSayad will be responsible for identifying and developing domestic and international business and innovation opportunities for the Group’s expansion. He will also work with Albert Kis in launching new international projects with particularly high growth potential in the Western Balkans, the Middle East and North Africa. In addition to supporting the 4iG Group’s international commercial activities, his responsibilities will also cover the Group’s brand.
