Altarea expands renewable energy portfolio with acquisition

ALTARS (FR:ALTA) released an update.

Altarea has expanded its focus on renewable energy with the acquisition of Prejeance Industrial, a French company specializing in rooftop photovoltaic projects for agriculture, with a current capacity of 42 MWp and 400 MWp in development. The transaction, valued at approximately €140 million, will strengthen Altarea’s strategic roadmap for photovoltaic installations in France and will be reflected in the Group’s accounts from the second half of 2024.
