Paris Retail Week celebrates 10th anniversary with AI-focused edition

Paris Retail Week has announced that the theme for its 2024 edition will be “Retailigence”, focusing on the science of retail in all its forms.

The tenth edition of Paris Retail Week, scheduled for 17–19 September 2024 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, will be an opportunity to discuss the latest innovations, decipher emerging trends and propose concrete solutions for all industry professionals.

Paris Retail Week is the leading event dedicated to omnichannel commerce, where all the players in the sector come together – leading brands, retailers and solution providers.

The AI ​​issue will focus on eight key business issues: data, omni-channel commerce, store design and fitout, logistics, marketplaces, new payments, customer experience and CSR data.

The heart of the program will be the opportunity to choose from over 200 panel discussions, 150 solution workshops, and 30 lectures and keynote addresses by mentoring partners and recognized experts who will address issues related to generative AI in retail.

Generative AI at the heart of the program

The event will begin with a presentation of the results of a joint study conducted by Arnaud Gallet, Director of Paris Retail Week, and Vincent Mayet, Founder and CEO of Havas Commerce. How AI is changing retail on a global scale.

Over the course of three days, leading professionals and retailers will host debates, discussions and roundtables to share their knowledge on AI and discuss the most important current and future trends in the retail and e-commerce sectors.

For the 2024 edition, over 40 e-commerce and retail startups have been selected to showcase at The Startup Village by La Retail Tech.

In this section, which hosts competitions for the best business presentations and entrepreneurial speeches, you can take an in-depth look at the heart of innovation.

Retail innovations and trends will also be the subject of lively discussions at Le Ring, while nine of the best retail, e-commerce and trade solutions will be recognised at the Paris Retail Awards.
