On June 24, 2024, the prestigious Red Dot Design Award ceremony took place in Essen, Germany. Among the winners, SOFAR Energy’s commercial energy storage solution, PowerMagic, stood out, receiving the Red Dot Product Design Award 2024. This distinction not only recognizes the aesthetic design of SOFAR’s product, but also underlines the company’s breakthrough in energy storage product innovation. PowerMagic sets a new trend in the development of global commercial energy storage.

The award-winning PowerMagic, one of the few commercial energy storage systems on the market that adopts AC-coupled technology, boasts four significant advantages: lower levelized cost of storage (LCOS), high efficiency and flexibility, highest security and intelligent management. This system, consisting of a grid-connected/off-grid cabinet, a coupler and amplifier cabinet, an energy storage cabinet and a battery cabinet, can serve as an emergency power source.
