Freight specialist acquired by logistics company to drive expansion

Pall-Ex Group subsidiary Exact Logistics has been acquired by OnLogistics, a West Midlands-based e-commerce and fulfilment services company.

With over 19 years of experience, OnLogistics offers logistics solutions for a variety of industries including automotive, aviation, healthcare and fitness.

Founded in 2009 by Adam and Karen Shuter, Rugby-based Exact Logistics specialises in the delivery of palletised freight. The business has now expanded into last-mile distribution for European carriers, as well as employing an in-house customs clearance team.

Adam and Karen Shuter will continue to be directors of Exact Logistics, which will operate as a separate entity and remain a member-shareholder of Pall-Ex. Existing customers will not experience any changes to services or contact points.
