Glavchev: The law was observed in all appointments to the official cabinet ᐉ News from Fakti.bg – Bulgaria

As Acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev said, responding to a question from the PP-DB commission as part of the lightning check on appointments to executive and local bodies, changes of regional governors, resignations from regulators and completed competitions, all the changes introduced were in compliance with the law.

The Prime Minister noted that already at the first meeting of the fourth official cabinet (headed by Galab Donev), 25 out of 28 regional governors were replaced, and a week after the inauguration of “Yanev”, all of them were replaced in this position.

“For the facts that you inform me about regarding corrupt competitions – I undertake that everything that falls within the scope of the executive power will be checked, and if these competitions turn out to be flawed, they will be held again,” said the interim prime minister.

“I would agree to take responsibility for everything, but there is no possibility of appointment to local government positions. In the decisions I made, I was guided by the Constitution and the laws of the country. I bear responsibility,” Glavchev also stated.
