Shoes released for the 2024 Summer Olympics

The 2024 Summer Olympics, or Paris 2024, will kick off in the French capital later this month, on July 26. The Games will run until August 11. This year’s Olympics have several distinctive features.

First, for the first time in Olympic history, the opening ceremony will take place outside the stadium. Instead, it will take place on the Seine in Paris, with the national delegation transported by boat. Additionally, breakdancing will debut as an official sport at Paris 2024, as will Kayak Cross.

In addition, unusual disciplines such as skateboarding, surfing, sport climbing and 3×3 basketball will return to the 2024 Olympic programme.

There’s a lot to look forward to at this year’s Olympics, and the same can be said on the sneaker front. Brands like Nike, PUMA, adidas, Converse, and the like have all released versions of silhouettes that take inspiration from or pay homage to Paris 2024.
